Our industry, business and team have been impacted by COVID-19. As we now look to the future for our airline, we have an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Digital/Technology recruiter to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Consultant on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The role:

Our Digital function is embarking on an exciting journey and this role will be key to attracting top talent that will impact the success of our rebuild. You will be partnering with senior leaders across our Technology function to deliver on recruitment needs. You will support us in strengthening our EVP in the Digital market, developing strong candidate pipelines and delivering great candidate experiences. You will have the opportunity to be a true business partner while gaining insight into some cool projects that Digital will be rolling out across the airline.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Significant internal and/or agency recruitment experience with a proven track record of recruiting within Digital – ideally with a Technology focus
  • Strong strategic search and talent pipelining skills
  • A natural relationship builder with the ability to gain credibility quickly with leaders
  • A real team player who will contribute to the overall success and delivery of our team
  • The ability to effectively manage each step of the candidate journey while providing a great candidate experience along the way
