The Social Media Manager is responsible for effectively managing creative content end-to-end across all owned, paid and earned social media channels. The position will have a strong focus on driving revenue and brand affinity through creative social content. The position will work closely with key stakeholders within the business to ensure social content is on brand, aligned with the strategy, and ladders up to business objectives. Your role will have a strong focus on content creation and production, along with campaign management, reporting and insights, understanding engagement and sensitive risk management.

You’ll have –

  • 5 years experience in Social Media Management
  • Excellent understanding of, and experience in community management, social media marketing and content
  • Experience in social media, campaign development, implementation and relationship management with 5+ experience in the social media space
  • Experience in strategy implementation to meet business targets, a focus on customer engagement strategies within social platforms desirable
  • Results orientated, with a strong understanding of setting metrics, performance reporting and analysis techniques
  • Experience in studying user interaction with social channels and interpreting social analytics
  • Experience in PR and issues management is desirable
  • Strong organisational skills for campaign execution
  • Ability to manage many stakeholders and campaigns with competing priorities
  • Experience with video or animation software (desired)
