About The Role

The Senior Officer is responsible for strategizing and implementing first party audience strategy across Qatar Airways Globally. Successful candidates will be expected to manage campaigns in-house with assistance from Digital Agency and engage with third party providers to increase sales.

In addition to driving campaigns catering to the entire network, you will in charge of communicating strategies and taking inputs from other regional teams. The candidate also owns creative personalization projects along with working toward achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plans, creates strategies and executes digital marketing campaigns across Display and Social Media platforms where necessary
  • Works on Digital Media Platforms like Google Ads, DV360 and other Display and Native advertising platform.
  • Creates and optimizes cross channel audience strategies to achieve best channel for communication, Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Lead technology projects related to digital advertising from conception to roll out (including multi department relationships with Contracts, Marketing, IT, Procurement).
  • Expected to have full understanding of Martech stack – GMP, Analytics, CDPs to manage and deliver marketing campaigns to support Digital Marketing & Acquisition team
  • Strategy; set the short and long-term vision for every stage of the customer lifecycle, developing a strategy and roadmap to deliver the vision.
  • Contributes to projects on Data Management – be the protector of marketing data and adhere to company privacy and data management policies.
  • Journey Optimization; work with data teams to analyze the effectiveness of customer acquisition and retention campaigns and the impact they have on end-to-end customer experience.
  • Work with the agency and other regional teams within Qatar Airways in delivering campaigns with effective use of first party data
  • Strategize and grow the mobile business – app and web by replying first party audience strategy.
  • Works effectively with regional and local marketing teams to achieve a synchronized campaign implementation approach
  • Run analysis and tests across assigned channels and partners to maximize performance.
  • Lead finance processes, purchase order/insertion orders creation, performance monitoring and reporting, budget maintenance and invoicing/payments for the assigned channels, ensuring compliance with finance and procurement policies.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the line manager or Head of the Department.
  • Create display creatives with dynamic elements, coordinate communication with suppliers, monitor results and suggests improvements thru analytics system in order to deliver the channel’s sales objective.
  • Negotiate global display deals with major publishers/suppliers.

About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Digital Marketing and Acquisition Team.

  • Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.
  • 4+ years of job-related experience
  • Strong Analytics and numerical abilities and creative problem solving
  • Stakeholder Management; collaborate with a variety of stakeholders from across the business to identify opportunities for marketing technology to reduce costs, increase sales and improve efficiencies using different audience strategies.
  • Past experience managing a large Display Marketing programs
  • Understanding of Marketing Automation
  • Understanding of lifetime value of cookies and working with DMP other suites.
  • Ability to work on Marketing Suite products, Google Ads and Programmatic technologies.
  • Experience working in similar large company, advertising agency or technology platforms.
  • Knowledge of using Web Analytics platforms
  • Communication & Negotiation skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently
  • Incremental mind-set
