As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for Providing specialised advice/analysis to assigned area from the application of system analysis to operational and functional problems. Act as an interface with technology and business resources to design, develop and implement solutions, ensuring that requirements are understood. May work across multiple work streams on projects and responsible for scoping & mapping for integration of other business systems.

Key responsibilities of this role will include:

· Responsible for the delivery of technology projects according to agreed projects using agile ways of working

· Responsible for gathering technical requirements/specifications from the Group and/or individual business units. This includes both high-level and detailed requirements for a specific system (Saas), application or tools

· Perform analysis and identification of root causes of escalated incidents and problems, including the resolution of issues raised to the customer’s satisfaction.

· Liaise with service providers and managed services to resolve system problems

· Consults with the business to understand IT inputs that are required to meet business objectives Contribute to the formulation of IT strategic plans and roadmaps.

· Conducts complex business process analysis and develops solutions

· Consults and develops relationships to drive business benefits

· Conducts implementation planning & change activities

· Provide technical and systems knowledge, general guidance and support to the customer.

· Ensure documentation updates are communicated as required

· Comply with Corporate and Divisional Service Standards

· Comply with the Group management system standards and associated policies in the workplace

To be considered for this role you will have:

· Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in relevant IT area

· Proven experience with relevant technologies, methods and standards

· Strong written and oral communication skills
