The Manager, Transformation & Change will be a key contributor to the Engineering leadership team and be responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of transformation opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Base Maintenance and Component Maintenance Services the position will identify, evaluate and contribute to the delivery of business strategy by driving a range of transformation initiatives to deliver the strategic goals of Group and Qantas Engineering.
