What will you do?

You will be a highly collaborative team leader to guide the digital experience analytics team to deliver & innovate, work with internal and external teams to generate data driven approaches and analytics solutions to solve business problems, key job scope are shown as follows:

  • Support to establish digital analytics processes, tracking, governance including design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze customer behaviour and performance metrics.
  • Conduct conversion analysis to uncover improvement opportunities to enhance digital experiences to capture incremental revenue and speed up recovery.
  • Gather competitive insights to identify gaps and opportunities to drive new product features/functionalities across platforms.
  • Diagnose product and site issues and raise issues to relevant teams for timely resolution.
  • Identify customer issues, pain points and local relevancy gaps through analyzing existing and new sources of customer data.
  • Use hypothesis-based approach to develop test and learn ideas and work with stakeholders to build business cases, influencing for prioritization.
  • Manage HK Express performance based on key metrics using ecommerce best practices and site analytics tools and reporting.

We are a perfect match, if you are/have:

  • Degree holder or have obtained higher education in related field
  • 8 years of strategic and hands on experiences on data analytics in eCommerce & digital platforms.
  • Proven and successful record in the execution of data analytics initiatives and knowledge of the relevant tools/platforms, leading to the development of useful insights and the improvement of business’s performance and driving top-line growth.
  • Knowledge of analytics platforms/tools, AB Test & data visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google analytics, Glassbox, Firebase, Tableau) will be advantageous
  • Passionate about driving product/performance improvement and enhancing customer experience
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong business insight, highly organized and attention to detail
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a “can do” attitude
  • Customer centric and data driven to influence and change
  • Good team player who can work effectively at all levels of the organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
  • Self-starter with multi-tasking capability and able to meet tight deadlines
