In order to perform in this role it’s essential to have the following experience and key attributes:
Expert in managing customer loyalty experience at a digital brand preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
knowledgeable of measuring customer sentiment (NPS, etc) and optimizing loyalty programme offering.
Experience with customer journey mapping and loyalty activation.
It would be an added value to have experience with airline travel service delivery and Amadeus reservation.
