Do you have a passion for digital channels, UX writing and eCommerce? Do you love to create frameworks that shape the way of digital communication? We offer an exciting position in an international team set-up, reporting directly to the Lufthansa Group’s Head of Digital User Experience.

Starting date: as soon as possible or upon agreement

You are improving the content and user experience of our channels within digital sales.

You will optimize the information architecture and framework of our content along the airline’s customer journey, improve the quality of content management processes, optimize content quality and drive or support innovation initiatives and contribute to our content and user experience strategy.

  • Digital content framework production across our digital sales channels
  • Consulting and improving content and user experience together with business owner, product owner, and cross functional teams (developers, designers, editors)s
  • Orchestration and content management for sales relevant content topics
  • User flow design modeling for sales driven platforms such as web, app and dialogue oriented products
  • Storytelling, information architecture and information design along the customer journey
