The Manager Commercial Planning, Airline Loyalty is accountable for managing commercial analysis and performance for the Qantas Airline Loyalty portfolio working with the Airline Loyalty team, Finance, Revenue Management, Sales and Distribution, Qantas Digital and Technical teams, and the delivery management team to achieve key commercial outcomes. You will be responsible for preparing data and financial analysis to support decision making and Developing leading customer propositions aligned to strategy. You will also develop and oversee mechanisms to track and report on the progress against objectives of projects/programs in order to monitor success and provide updates. You will work with stakeholders to implement initiatives that deliver positive financial and member outcomes and provide guidance and recommendations on models and structures, revenue generation, cost impacts and commercial decisions across Qantas Group. You will actively contribute to group-wide business improvement or other product development or commercial initiatives to ensure an organisation wide consistent approach to innovation.

You’ll have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline (Commerce, Business, Finance)
  • 7+ years’ experience in commercially focused or similar roles
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking and analytical problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure
